NICA

The Film

Where NICA grows.

Dusk over the lake, the banana grove, the arch at Casa Capasa. Thirty-five seconds in Valle Los Robles.

I.

Our own valley

Casa Capasa sits in Valle Los Robles. We know the soil, the trees and the hands behind each bar.

II.

By hand

Harvested at ripeness, not on schedule. Small batches, each one numbered.

III.

With respect

We farm alongside the forest and sweeten only with wild forest honey.

The Collection

Four crops. Four bars.

Each bar is named for what grows in Nicaragua. 50 g, sweetened with forest honey, no oats and no fillers.

The Estate

A Danish family's valley in Nicaragua.

Casa Capasa was founded by Peter Knudsen and friends from Denmark in Valle Los Robles, the valley of the oaks. Between volcanic soil and Pacific air, we grow and source the finest raw ingredients Nicaragua has to offer.

Every bar carries its harvest month and batch number, so you always know where and when it was made.

La Colección

All four, in one black box.

Rigid box, magnetic close, a brass ribbon and a numbered harvest card from the estate. The gift for people who already have everything.

Letters from the valley

News from each harvest, a few times a year.
